Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at info@crestpointpmg.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

CrestPoint Property Management Group provides professional management services for condominium associations, homeowners' associations, and residential communities throughout South Florida. Our services can be tailored to the size, operational needs, financial structure, and priorities of each community.

CrestPoint was built around a management philosophy that emphasizes transparency, financial stewardship, accountability, and board control. We believe management should provide boards with the information, organization, and professional guidance they need to make informed decisions—not replace the Board's authority.

Yes. The Board remains responsible for governing the association and making decisions within its authority. CrestPoint's role is to provide professional management, accurate information, recommendations, documentation, and follow-through so directors can govern effectively and confidently.

Clear communication is one of our core principles. Board requests, decisions, significant projects, vendor matters, and action items are documented and tracked through completion. We believe directors should not have to repeatedly ask management for updates on important matters.

Your association's records belong to the association. CrestPoint maintains records with continuity and accessibility in mind so that important financial, contractual, operational, and historical information remains organized and retrievable. If a management relationship ends, our goal is to support an orderly transition of association information and responsibilities.

Board transitions can be challenging, particularly when directors inherit unresolved projects, contracts, financial questions, or incomplete records. CrestPoint can assist with new-board orientation, records organization, management reporting, policy implementation, strategic planning, and transition support so incoming directors can quickly understand the association's current position.

No. We believe vendor selection should be based on the association's needs, qualifications, performance, pricing, and the Board's direction. CrestPoint's role is to help the Board evaluate its options and coordinate the process while maintaining transparency and accountability.

Routine property oversight is an important part of preventing small problems from becoming larger and more expensive ones. CrestPoint coordinates property inspections, preventive maintenance, work-order tracking, vendor follow-up, project status reporting, and capital-repair planning based on the needs of the community.

It begins with a confidential consultation. We discuss your community, the Board's priorities, current management challenges, and the level of service required. From there, CrestPoint can recommend a management approach tailored to your association.
