At CrestPoint Property Management Group, leadership begins with understanding that every condominium and homeowners' association deserves more than day-to-day management. It deserves strategic guidance, financial discipline, and a management partner committed to protecting the board's authority while helping communities thrive.
Founder and President Silvia Messercola brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across commercial banking, corporate finance, commercial real estate, property management, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit governance. Throughout her career, she has built organizations, led multidisciplinary teams, advised executive leadership, and managed complex financial portfolios valued in the billions of dollars.
Her professional foundation was established in commercial banking, where she progressed through senior leadership roles with major financial institutions before expanding into commercial real estate finance, corporate consulting, and executive operations. That experience continues to shape CrestPoint's commitment to sound financial stewardship, accountability, and long-term planning.
Today, Silvia combines that financial expertise with hands-on governance experience as a board leader in two South Florida condominium communities. In these fiduciary roles, she participates in budgeting, reserve planning, banking relationships, contract oversight, operational accountability, capital improvement planning, and strategic decision-making while helping oversee daily operations of the community's recreational facilities and amenities.
